Cooling-off period for electronic transactions
If you’re a consumer under the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, Section 44 of the Act may allow you to cancel certain electronic transactions within seven days without any penalty or reason required.
This cooling-off period applies to natural persons who are end-users of products purchased through our website, and only for electronic transactions.
If you qualify and decide to return a product for any reason within seven days of delivery, we’ll gladly offer you a different item, voucher, or a full refund of the purchase price. However, please note that this policy doesn’t cover goods that were custom-made or altered to your specifications. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original, unused, and unopened condition and packaging.
Once we receive the returned product, our Manager will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy standards, and process the refund within 30 days of cancellation

Types of Returns
Incorrect item ordered: If you realize that you have ordered the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so that we can arrange an exchange for you.
Incorrect items delivered: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible or within 7 days of purchase. We will offer you the option to get a refund, exchange the item, or have the correct item sent to you.
Received damaged item(s): If you receive damaged goods, please notify us immediately or within the first 7 days of purchase. We will inspect the goods and offer you a refund, exchange, or send a new item free of charge.
Defective goods: If you encounter any defects with the product, please notify our Customer Care team right away. We will investigate the issue and consult with our supplier, then inform you of the outcome.
We offer two types of warranty for our products. For those without a subscription, there is a one-month warranty, while for those with a subscription, there is a one-year warranty. In addition, we provide a statutory warranty in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of 2008 (CPA) which covers all new products against any defects. Please note that our products are also subject to the manufacturer’s warranties and terms and conditions.
If any of our products become defective during the statutory warranty period, you may return them to us for repair, replacement, or a refund. Defective products are those that had a defect or were unsafe when we supplied them. You must provide proof that the products are defective. Once we have received your request for a return, we will provide you with the necessary return details.
If you are a consumer under the CPA, you may choose to have the defective goods repaired or replaced, or you may request a refund. For other customers, we will determine the appropriate compensation.

Customer details are separate from card details. Customer details will be stored by Omysia separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payoneer secure site.

Fees and Renewal
The Allo Deal VIP Club charges a membership fee of 754.10 ZAR, which is subject to change for different membership terms that may be offered periodically. Please note that the membership fee is non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in the Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change any aspect of Allo Deal VIP Club membership, these Terms, allodeal.co.za’s Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any other related policies or agreements, at our discretion and without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that change is separable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. Your continued membership after we change these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. However, if you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your membership.
We may terminate your Allo Deal VIP Club membership at our discretion and without notice. If we do so, we will provide a prorated refund based on the number of full days remaining in your membership. However, we will not provide any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Allo Deal VIP Club membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
In the event of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or Allo Deal VIP Club membership, you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa, regardless of the monetary amount involved in the dispute.
